Amazing!!! Their service, and customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend going here, if you want to be treated with respect and told everything this is the place to go. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. Definitely will be going back and telling friends and family to do the same.

Great business. I had one tire with air leaks around the bead. I was not able to fix myself because I was lacking the proper tools. I was able to bring in the same day and have the tire fixed that day. Great service and the tire technician and front desk were very polite and kind.

I was looking for a deal on snow tires and found TiresPlus in Orleans. Their website was easy to use and no problem in ordering tires and scheduling installation. The owner (Sam) and the mechanic (Nick) who did the installation were awesome and could not be more friendly. It was a very pleasurable experience and I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I booked on their website on the 3rd of November. I received an email confirming the appointment for the 10th of November. Today, the 9th of November, at 1235 I received another confirmation email for my appointment on the 10th. I called the shop to find out what time I could drop my car off and how long it would take for the wheel alignment. Whoever answered the phone asked for my details and then claimed no such booking existed. I informed him of the two reminders I received. His response was essentially "I don't have a booking for you and I'm totally full". He in no way attempted to help fix this issue leaving me high and dry due a failure on their end. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.EDITThey scheduled me in for the following Friday. I dropped the car off and picked it up the next morning when it was ready for me to pick up. They walked me through what had been done and explained it pretty well. Thanks!

We had a few glitches in our booking system as the texting functionality was done until a couple of days ago. We are sorry for the inconveniences.
