Wonderful service and wonderful staff. They took me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon after my front tire got a flat, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the service and will be returning.

This gentleman took me in at a moments notice when I realized my tires were in dire shape. He gave me decent tires at a great price and had me out of there in about 45 minutes. Great service, great prices and I highly recommend for tires or other services. Thanks again!

I came to have new tires installed on my vehicle. They were great at fitting me in last minute and the price was competitive. During the install there was a bit of a mishap with my rims. Accidents happen. The team and Akram were very helpful and accountable. Akram was great to deal with and he ensured that everything was fixed up like new at no charge. I highly recommend as it is hard to find honest and accountable people. Akram and team are great!

Monday morning a screw in the tire . Called them at 8:40 for an urgent tire repair they fixed my tire in less then 30 mins Derek was like a machine .Thank you !

Great shop. Called for a set of winters. Got tires ordered and installed same day. Other shops pushing you out for a month. Good shop doing everything they can to keep things moving at a reasonable pace. On top of that, reasonable pricing coming under most competitors. They are busy right now (no doubt), but they will still do everything they can to help you out. Highly recommended.

Let me start off by saying I'm straight up OCD and my car is my baby. I've never had any issues bringing my car or my wife's car to this shop. Even my brother now goes there instead of the ridiculously overpriced dealership he use to go to. He is very pleased with the service there!!. I usually like to stick around and watch what's being done to my vehicle but I have zero issues or concerns leaving my car unattended and in their hands. Something that really impressed me is when they returned the key to me I saw that it has been sanitized, a small thing but shows attention to caring for their customers. 5 STARS ⭐

Excellent service once again. Found a flat so brought to Tire Plus Orleans. Though they were busy, Sam & the team quickly found the problem (nail) repaired it and got me on my way. Excellent service and reasonable price. Highly recommend Tire Plus. 5 stars.

This is by far the best shop in Orleans. My family and I have been taking our cars here for years (Honda, Infiniti, Audi, Acura, Ford, GMC) and we've never been disappointed! They're the only one's I trust to work on my car as they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend.

Dropped the vehicle off so the could mount my winter tires on the OEM rims and mount the summer tires on my after market rims. They were done in no time. Very polite and friendly. I'd use them again.

Took my suv in because I thought there was something wrong with wheel bearing. Very honest place, they told me it was fine. Lots of places would have found "something " to fix. Grateful to find an honest mechanic.

I have recently dealt with TiresPlus for both of our vehicles. They have proven to be a great value and excellent service. Winter and summer tires. The tire prices were great and the shop is very convenient. One of the best in Orleans (if not Ottawa). Highly recommended.

I once had good service here, the reason I am giving it a three is they promised me an alignment later and they never completed it every time I went over. Three times I went over to get some other work done. And I was actually ignored for quite a while. I don't believe giving a one or two stars as things do happen in life but I found another mechanic that I'm glad with. I'm sorry for them that they have lost me as they have given me very good prices and discounts often

One thing i like about tire plus is that it feels like I'm being dealt with in a fair manner. I've even gone to get air in my tires at last minute before a trip and they helped me without having an appointment and without cost. Things like that keep me as a customer.

Tire Plus, is my only car repair station by choice. However, the extremely good work by Brandon along with the owner and booking manager Akram and Sam have made getting in to see them difficult. The establishments great work has seen an increase in work. Therefore, just stopping in to have the oil change is no longer possible without an appointment. The repairs conducted are done so to your satisfaction with no additional cost to you. Simply bacause repair abnormalities do pop up but Akram does his best to make sure the quoted price within reason is adhered to with the satisfaction of the customer. I would highly recommend TirePlus based upon my experience with the mechanic, owner and service manager...2👍🏾👍🏾 up from this customer..

Helpful in a pinch and tires seems fine; however, there were brown fingerprints in several areas in the interior of the car (door handle, key area, etc) and brown marks from shoes on the floor mats and runners. Even found some brown finger marks a couple months after spot cleaning the car. Really shouldn’t have to clean the inside after a simple service job; seems like an easy fix. This issue was raised in another review so it’s not like they’re unaware. Probably won’t go back because of the lack of respect for interior of the vehicle. Too bad because the service was ok otherwise.

I took a chance and had this shop in Orleans put 4 new winter tires on my Corolla. The Manager and his mechanical team did an excellent job, and I'm going back next year to get changeover rims installed. Being in the military, I wanted an unusual tire pattern that was quite aggressive for cars, presenting a challenge for any business. Keeping his choices to my guidelines, his expert judgment found in various tire catalogues the exact tire that I wanted. He reminded me that my selection may be slightly noisier on flat pavement, but would be excellent for snow and ice. It turns out the noise was hardly noticeable(in my opinion probably due to a lighter vehicle weight the Corolla is, compared to vehicles that these tires were for.) I found the mechanic team was entirely in sync with the manager, working quickly, which resulted on being right on the estimated wait and install time. The cost was within what I expected and lower than the big business prices. My car is almost new, and I found absolutely no new stains or damage to the car. I definitely recommend these pros.

Great service and staff. Been getting my oil changed there and the occasional tire service , never had an issue. Fair pricing and very clean. I highly recommend it for your tire or oil change needs.

We have used them multiple times over the years and received excellent service, including on vehicle repairs and BMW brakes replacement (not just tires). We have found them to be trustworthy and competitively priced.We don’t think they should be poorly rated for not keeping some records after 2 years.
